Real estate can be defined by two categories; buyers' market and sellers' market. There are times when it's somewhere between, but usually it's pretty black and white. I'm sure you've noticed it's taking longer for home to sell these days, well this has been going on for quite some time. So that would put us in a buyers' market, wouldn't it?
